The Closer Coupon Tool was designed to be a resource for AT&T’s telemarketers. The reps had access to the tool, which guided them through picking which coupons the customer qualified for. They input the customer’s address, which was printed on the individual postcards and send out via the mail.

There was also an expansive admin capability for delegating which coupon types were available to each rep and the number for each.

This was heavy on information architecture and front-end design, as well as the postcard design.
