I am an award-winning mid-career level Graphic Designer currently working for a large financial firm, providing print, interactive, and multimedia support. I’ve worked in multiple environments — in-house, agency, publishing, and freelance — doing many different things — leading teams, directing creative, wrangling vendors and freelancers, shooting video, animating, coding websites, creating mobile apps, implementing new processes, and acting as stop-gap IT. I’ve worked on projects and campaigns that have earned honors at the AMY Awards, Summit Creative Awards, and the Printing Industry Association of Georgia Awards.
I am also a student pursuing an MA in English Literature, primarily focusing on Tolkien through the lens of Cultural Studies. I have presented research and papers at Mythmoot, Popular Culture and the Deep Past: Tolkien Days at The Ohio State University, PCA/ACA National Conference, and Mythcon.
